Most of the energy used today comes from shrinking, non-renewable sources while the demand for energy is infinitely expanding. Energy is key and the first order of business is to find and generate energy, and then get it to where it is needed most. These efforts must be combined with continued research, development and commercialization of new technologies in energy conservation and efficiency; and the use of alternative and sustainable energy sources.
