Mentors
LES trainees are connected to a mentorship network, including professionals from industry, government, and NGOs with (inter)national influence on sustainable energy transitions. LES mentors support, advise and guide the mentees, preparing them to make informed decisions related to career paths and being competitive in the employment market. By creating a meaningful connection with experienced professionals, trainees make early career-advancing connections and gain valuable insight into the workplace environment, various career paths, and interdisciplinary communications.
